CHARACTER POSTERS

Your own personal custom emotes or badges for Twitch, Discord, or any platforms that will accept them.Prices for Emotes:Custom Emotes include 4 separate PNG files:

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions

My Work:❖ I hold the original ownership rights to the art.❖ I may post any commission work to my socials at any time.❖ You may not claim my work as your own.❖ If Commissioner does not respond within 3 business days after I ask for more information, I will skip you and move on to the next person in queue.❖ I reserve the right to reject any commission with a reason provided.❖ You are more than welcome to post any commissioned work anywhere at any time. I don’t require you to give me credit but it’s always appreciated.❖ Do not resell or make a profit from my artwork from your commission, (e.g. making stickers, placing it on shirts, any use for advertisements). If this is your intention, I will have to black-list you.❖ Any art commissioned from me may NOT be under ANY circumstances be used for ccryptocurrency’s/NFTs/any Blockchain-related tech purposes!Anonymous/Private Commissions:❖ If you would like your commission to be kept anonymous and private, for instance, as an art gift or you feel uncomfortable having the commission publicly shared, PLEASE let me know in advance.❖ Failure to let me know will result in me posting it anyways under the assumption that you do not mind the commission being public.❖ Keep in mind that I will sometimes be streaming the commissions on Twitch.Commission Rules:❖ I WILL Draw: Humans, Furries, Weapons, Armory, Fan Art, Anthropomorphic Creatures, Anime (some exceptions)❖ I WILL NOT Draw anything that is remotely related to the themes of NSFW, Gore, Fetishes of Any Kind, Vomit, Violence, Illegal Activities (Abuse, Assault), Discriminatory, or Anything Disrespectful (Homophobic, Racist, Transphobic, Pedophilic, Zoophilic, etc.)

Commission Process

The process will be done mainly on Discord:1. I DO NOT accept commissions that have a deadline.2. Commissions are first come first serve basis.3. I will add you to a private DM on Discord to discuss the commission.4. I will start your commission once I have received your Paypal invoice. All payments must be made UPFRONT and IN FULL (check the "Payment" section).5. I will be sure to tag or write your name as the owner of the art/character(s). If the commissioner wants the art to be private, they must let me know beforehand.6. I will send you a pre-sketch for approval before completing your commission. At this stage, you must point out any errors that need to be fixed! Don’t be afraid since it’s your commission.7. Please remember that extra characters and backgrounds will increase commission costs.8. Once you approve the pre-sketch, I will begin the rendering/line art/refinement process.9. If you want changes after your approval, check out the "Changes to the Commission" section.

PAYMENT

❖ I accept payment through PAYPAL ONLY❖ Payment is required upfront and via Paypal within 48 hours (the sooner the better).❖ All costs are in USD.❖ There will be NO REFUNDS unless 30 days have passed and I haven't started with your commission or in reasonable circumstances. Only then you may ask for a refund.

CHANGES TO THE COMMISSION

❖ If I have not started on your commission you may make changes to your commission requests (theme, props, characters, etc.); however, if you request changes, I will notify you of the price changes.❖ For example, if you change your request from PNG Avatar Shading to PNG Avatar Flat, I will change the price from $120 to $60.❖ Big changes are allowed during the pre-sketch phase.❖ After you approved the pre-sketch and 48 hours have passed, I will not perform more corrections until completion (no matter how much you pay).❖ I will NOT do big changes to your commission once I have already started the refinement/rendering process.
